Entirely cold extracted at 23 degrees and contains no added flavourings, caramels or vanillas. It’s a coffee liqueur that tastes like speciality coffee. Created by designer Tom Baker and Philip Moore (one of Australia’s highest awarded distillers)
Nose: Coastal peat smoke, vanilla and tangy and bright
citrus zest.
Palate: Maritime peat, ripe orchard fruit, warm oak and a
gentle, warm black pepper spice.
Finish: Lingering peat with a subtle seaweed salinity.
Cambridge Distillery's Anty Gin is the result of a collaboration with the visionary thinkers of the Nordic Food Lab, and is the very first gin in the world to be made from insects. Each bottle of Anty Gin contains the essence of approximately 62 red wood ants, along with hand-foraged botanicals including juniper, wild wood avens and nettle that complement the sharp citrus notes created by distilling the ants.
A 5cl dropper bottle of pure ant distillate is also provided for you to experience the unique flavour of the Formica rufa in isolation - or to intensify the citrus notes in an Anty Gin & Tonic.
The award-winning Isle of Harris Gin is made in our home village of Tarbert, every drop distilled in a small copper gin still known as 'The Dottach', before being bottled and sealed by hand.
Refreshing, with good balance between the bitter juniper and pine and the sweet fruit flavours of mango, grapefruit and orange. A green herb flavour of crushed coriander develops. Distinctive and smooth with a dry, flinty taste.

juniper and coriander, along with roasted chestnut and an intriguing whisper of smoke.
Upon sipping, flavour explodes in the mouth.Whirls of peppermint. Bursts of eucalyptus. Rustles of bitter orange. All
floating on clouds of vanilla with intriguing hints of black liquorice. It concludes with a slow and luscious finish
featuring lemon, orange and a soft hint of oak.
