Robert Oatley Finisterre Chardonnay 2020 Margaret River
now managed by Sandy Oatley who continues
his late father’s legacy. Directing this winemaking
empire is the much-admired vigneron Larry
Cherubino, alongside a team of acclaimed
winemakers. Together, the team keep focus
on their primary mission: to produce wines
reflective of their roots, showing the importance
of provenance, using modern techniques and
machinery to achieve premium results.
The Finisterre range is an impressive element of
the Robert Oatley offering. Finisterre, meaning
‘the end of the earth’, is an inspiring collection
of single- varietal, single-region wines from
Australia’s finest wine-making locations.
These small batches of wine are packed with
character and personality, highlighting the
importance of carefully selecting sites within the
very best regions and sub-regions Australia has
to offer.
Each wine demonstrates the unique soil and
climate conditions which enrich the vines,
producing high quality wines layered with
flourish and finesse. Hand harvesting, fruit
sorting and a considered winemaking approach,
gives purity and clean flavour expression to this
highly desirable range of wines.
Delivery
You can choose to have your order delivered or arrange click and collect in store (more info below). Delivery is FREE on orders of £60 or more (Cambridge and surrounds) and £120 or more (UK wide) to a single address in mainland Great Britain.
We normally aim for next day delivery as far as possible (Monday – Friday) on orders placed before midday. Orders placed in the afternoon will be processed the morning after, on a next day service. Orders placed from Friday midday until Sunday will be processed and made ready for dispatch the following Monday. This may take longer if stock needs to be collected from one more locations.
Customers should receive notification from our couriers by text when their order is en route.
Unfortunately, issues in the supply chain can mean longer than normal delivery times may be experienced.
Age Verification Policy
When our drivers deliver any age-restricted products to the delivery address they may ask for proof of age. As a licence holder we have responsibility for the sale and supply of alcohol. One of our responsibilities is to ensure we do not sell age-restricted products online to people who are under the minimum legal age.
On our website you will notice that many products carry a notice that they are only for sale to people of legal age. During the check out process you will be asked to confirm that you are of legal age to purchase any age-restricted products.
You will not be able to check out without providing that confirmation.
